TotalScan T4000 analyses 100% of the Product and can reject 100% of contaminated powder/pellet/gel/slurry products, saving time, money and energy. Whatever your process - Conveyor, Online Pipe or Hopper, TotalScan's flexible scanning area and variable resolution means the loss of 'good' product is kept to an absolute minimum. ATEX approved 'butterfly valves' allow the system to direct product quickly to the appropriate output pipes. The special camera ensures all video data is transmitted to the control station without interference. An optional explosion proof panel mounted PC can be installed near the measuring head allowing all data to be accessed locally rather than from a remote room.
