industry. Today Branscan's consistent quality control technology is being employed on a global basis within the Food, Chemical,

PRODUCTS

Branscan's product range has developed with these new industries and currently we offer four unique market driven solutions -
laboratory or online real time production monitoring equipment incorporating the same robust technology in either system.

APPLICATIONS

Fluoroscan SemoCheck allows producers to objectively control the screening process in Semolina thus increasing the yield.

Fluoroscan AshCheck provides an accurate measure of Bran and Aleurone in flour which can then be correlated back to an accurate
Ash value.

PowderCheck can be used in an ever increasing variety of Industries. The system enables the user to accurately detect light or dark
impurities in a given product, thus providing real time production control (P4000) or fast accurate repeatable laboratory testing
(P2000). In order to meet some customers specific demands Branscan has also introduced the Cyclops which as the name implies takes
a single large image of up to 100 square cm. The system uses the same intelligent software as found in the "P" series and is supplied as
a stand alone compact unit for the Laboratory or Production Control room.

LiquidCheck is supplied as an on-line real time process monitoring system, for use with liquid or slurry products. The system analyses
the product every 2 seconds and will provide production with almost immediate notification of any change in the product presentation.
For the first time manufacturers can monitor production in real time.

calibration is required and the system runs on Windows XP - all data can be archived/exported to suit the customer.
