Cyclops is a laboratory instrument which uses the same
intelligent algorithm as the Powderscan PowderCheck P2000
instrument, but with one large difference...the area that
is scanned. The Cyclops is able to sample 100 square cm
in one image, which in turn gives the operators a much better
idea of how the product is performing. It can show a number
of impurities greater than a pre determined size, or percentage
of impurities, resulting in shading.
It
is a fast, analytical test covering a large area. As with
the other Branscan systems, it is non-destructive, repeatable,
and can assist in the compliance of ISO9001:2000,
