Starch
Slurry
In the milling of rice and flour naturally occuring impurities
(brown and black specks) can be found which remain from
the initial product. Impurities can also be introduced into
the product through the production process.
The
amount of specks is the determining factor in the final
appearance, grade and purity of the product and ultimately
the final selling price.
The
current method for analysing the number of specks relies
on visual checks of a sample from the production process
or batch sampling the final product. This method is subjective,
non-repeatable and takes time to complete.
SlurryScan
LiquidCheck S4000 allows the manufacturer to manually
optimise the screening or to fully automate the process
providing 'lights out' production of Starch Slurry.
SlurryScan
LiquidCheck S4000 online system can objectively
check the quality of the product every 2 seconds
with consistent results. This means real
time cost and waste control.
All Branscan;s systems are accurate, rapid
and non destructive. No daily calibration
is required and the system runs on Windows XP. |
